Questions
What is one scan?
One scan researches a market you describe and generates 10 opportunities ranked by business score. The top 5 are then validated: named competitors, the prices we can trace to a source, and a winnability label. It is the whole pipeline, not one model call.
Why does the free plan show 5 ideas and not 10?
Because 5 is what the pipeline validates. Every scan ranks 10 opportunities and runs competitor and pricing research on the top 5; the free plan shows exactly those, with the rest as locked previews. Paid plans show the full list.
Do the Pay-As-You-Go credits expire?
No. The 10 credits in the $9 pack stay on your account until you use them. Explorer and Pro credits are monthly and reset at the start of each calendar month, not on your billing anniversary.
What does BYOK mean, and which providers work?
Bring Your Own Key: you supply an API key and the scan runs on your account instead of our hosted credits. Today the workspace supports Google Gemini only. It is available on every tier including the free one, and you pay Google directly.
Do I need an account to try it?
Yes. The first scan is free but it needs an account, because a scan costs real money to run and anonymous trials were being farmed by clearing cookies.
How do I cancel?
Email legal@1mil.app and we will cancel it. There is no self-service billing portal yet; a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
